Players need trust, safety, the chance to push past discomfort, and mutual respect. I want them always to feel my support and, at the same time, a challenge to move forward.

We have to get on the same wavelength as the girls and talk to them as equals. It starts with ordinary questions: how they are and how school went.
“For girls, football should be a sport like any other.”
It’s about letting girls try it. Football should be seen as just another sport that girls normally play.
“What matters most is the joy in what we do.”
We know the goal, set the direction, use the means we need, and work hard, together. And we do everything we can so that the girls leave training excited.
