I didn’t build any of this alone. So for each project I say why it started, what was down to me and what has come of it so far.

So that distance is never a reason not to try football.
I looked for the right places and arranged the partnerships. Now I run the centres: I lead recruitment and stay in touch with girls who might join us and with our players’ parents.
Since September 2026, girls aged five and up have been training twice a week in three Prague districts: Vysočany, Jinonice and Kolovraty.
I look at each centre on its own; a total would hide too much. It’s early days: we’re recruiting and the centres are filling up bit by bit. Vysočany is almost at full capacity, Jinonice is close to its autumn target, and in Kolovraty we’re working towards it.
Each centre has room for 25 girls. As more girls get interested, I look for more coaches too, so that every session has the right number of girls per coach.
For most girls it’s one of the first matches of their lives. If they catch the bug, they have somewhere to go next: a centre close to their school.
I prepare and run the tournaments from start to finish.
The first one took place in the 2024/25 season. In September 2026 we played at the epet ARENA, Sparta’s stadium.
So that each age group’s methodology isn’t just a document. It should help coaches plan, prepare properly, develop their players and record how we’re progressing through it.
I moved our methodology from documents into a web app. Coaches can see straight away what their age group should be working on at this point in the season. And when I come to observe a session, the notes are largely prepared already; I only add what actually happened on the pitch.
Coaches work with it every day and find all the theory they need to put a session together.
Whoever leads coaches has to see the whole picture: the full season, every centre and every coach.
I built myself three tools. The calendar holds the whole season; every Sunday I use it to prepare the coaches’ plan for the week ahead, and it keeps track of observations and meetings. The centre overview shows me how many girls train where and where I’ll soon need another coach.
Everything then comes together in a journal I work with every day. It shows the week’s programme, the centres’ targets, the budget, how the coaches work with the methodology and how recruitment in nurseries and schools is going. And from session observations I follow how each coach is progressing: what they’re strong at, what to work on and what we agreed for next time.
