My field

None of this happened because of me alone. For each project I describe why it started, what my role was and what came of it.

Three training centres for the youngest girls

Why

So that distance is never the reason not to try football.

My role

I identified the areas and arranged the partnerships. I run the centres and lead recruitment events, communication with families and all the administration.

What came of it

Since September 2026, girls aged five and up have been training twice a week in Vysočany, Jinonice and Kolovraty.

How I run the centres

I track each centre separately, not as a total. The centres are just getting started: we’re recruiting and they’re gradually filling up. Vysočany is almost full, Jinonice is close to its autumn target, and Kolovraty will get there too.

Every centre has the same capacity of 25 players. I recruit coaches according to the number of players, so training is always properly covered. I run recruitment in two waves and after each one I evaluate how many girls actually started training.

Tournaments for primary school girls

Why

For most girls it’s one of the first matches of their lives. The interest such a day sparks has somewhere to go next: a centre near their school.

My role

Organising and running the tournaments from start to finish.

What came of it

First held in the 2024/25 season; in September 2026 at the epet ARENA.

An app for coaches

Why

So that the methodology set for each age group is put into practice clearly and in full.

My role

I moved our methodology from documents into a web app. Coaches can see what each session covers by age group and phase of the season. Session observation notes are pre-filled from the methodology, so only what actually happened on the pitch needs to be written down.

An app for managers and head coaches

Why

A head coach’s role is about having a complete overview of the areas in their charge.

My role

I run the whole FUN phase with an operations calendar, a dashboard for the training centres and a management diary. Every Sunday I use the calendar to prepare the coaches’ weekly schedule, and it keeps track of session observations and meetings. The dashboard brings together how full the centres are and the finances, and shows where more coaches will be needed.

The management diary pulls data from my other tools into a daily overview. It shows the week’s programme across the phase, progress towards each centre’s autumn and spring targets, the budget, how the coaches are putting the methodology into practice, the periodisation of the whole season and recruitment in nurseries and schools. From session observations it tracks each coach’s development: how their rating is changing, their strongest area, what to work on and the action steps we review at the next observation.
